Use the soap in the SHOWER. While bathing the soap is rinsed off easily. The water should be hot, but not hot enough to burn the skin.

Step One |
Rinse your entire body and hair.

Step Two |
Facing the water, shampoo your hair thoroughly and rinse. This allows time for your pores to open.

Step Three |
With your back to the water, rub the soap over the entire front side of your body until a rich lather is achieved.

Step Four |
For each part you wish to slenderize:
In this instance we will use your tummy,
With both hands, grasp soap firmly, rub tummy, squeezing ever so slightly for 60 full counts. Sort of like giving a massage, but a lot easier.
Your skin should begin to tingle slightly.

Step out of the water or turn it off and repeat steps 3 and 4 but only on your back side.

Step Seven |
When done get back under the warm water, rinse your hair and the front of your body take your time.

Turn around and rinse your back.
